Veronica Kypros has more than 25 years of experience in working with associations on both sides of the board table - as both an executive officer and a board member. She is well known in the construction and plumbing industries as an advocate for small business, and has served on the boards of the Master Plumbers’ Association and C+Bus superannuation fund.

Janet Pearson

Director - Technology

Janet Pearson is our technology specialist.
Janet has a Bachelor of Business and after 20 years in the corporate world runs a web development team focussed on delivering business outcomes and project objectives. Her company Technology Matters has a large number of Not for Profit and Association clients.

Robert Shepley is a commercial lawyer with expertise that includes business structuring & acquisitions, commercial / retail leasing, joint ventures, and general commercial agreements. Robert regularly advises associations, not-for-profit (NFP) organisations, educational and training institutions and businesses providing services to the NFP industry.
